Each year, the Bureau of Economic Development (BED) partners with the Department of Planning and Development (DPD) to solicit grant applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funding through a competitive process.

Program Year 2019
The Program Year 2019 applications and related materials are now available below. Applications are due by 4:00pm on Friday, March 29, 2019.
The 2019 application workshops were held, as follows:
- CDBG Public Service / Planning and ESG workshop on Tuesday, February 26th, from 9:30am – 11:30am
- CDBG Capital Improvement, Demolition and Economic Development workshop on Wednesday, February 27th, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm
