Thanks to Dr. @afuiaason for choosing us as the place to honor Black Women in Law Enforcement, several distinguished officers came out to celebrate their Sisters and their Awesome Accomplishments. They even honored Rochelle Bilal who may very well Be Philadelphia’s First Black Female Sheriff @ Heritage at 1849.
