The Drive By Art Project Initiative began with the concern of seeing abandoned buildings and concerns of crime and hopelessness. Art and color are the visual remedy we feel. The neighborhoods we have paid attention to feel the same way. Three locations have been addressed so far. Community leaders, organizations and active homeowners have joined to help in raising awareness and installing the art.

We have invited several artist to participate that share the same concern. Our first intended ‘hit’ will be held on Sunday April 26, 2015 on the Southeast side of Chicago.

Cocomocha Drive By goal is to continue impacting our communities with art expression, but help is needed. We are raising funds for our initiatives, and this can involve you.

Selected pieces will be available for sale. Any donations are welcomed!

Come and see the art before installation! Come and chat with us and enjoy some refreshments and appetizers! Our studio will be open to you!
