Cleanup work continues at the Hegewisch Little League. The EPA has had 55 trucks remove 1,168.93 tons of contaminated fill from right field. A layer of sand has been brought in and topsoil should be delivered today followed by sod. Hegewisch Little League volunteers have been working around the outside of the field clearing weeds as they are anxious to return baseball to their home field. http://www.hegtimes.com/
