About This Crime
On October 10, 2015, at 05:37 P.M., a pedestrian was seriously injured while she
was walking on the sidewalk on the 2900 block of east 95th Street. The victim was
struck by someone operating a motorized scooter which was illegally driving on the
sidewalk. The victim sustained serious injuries resulting in her hospitalization. The
driver of the motorized scooter fled the scene after the incident.
About The Offender
The wanted vehicle was captured on surveillance video just seconds before the
crash and is pictured above. He was riding a motorized scooter on the sidewalk. He
is a male black, in his mid-twenties with facial hair.
